Optimization of the distribution of resource provision for the development of a digital management environment in organizational systems

In the context of intensive digitalization of all spheres of society, the activities of organizational systems are integrated with the digital environment for their management. For these purposes, targeted resource support is allocated. The problem of optimal distribution of this resource is becoming urgent. The article discusses the use of an optimization approach in the distribution of resource provision for the development of a digital management environment. At the same time, the control center of the organizational system directs activities to achieve a given level of performance indicators. Resource support is allocated to those components of the digital environment that are most conducive to solving this problem. To implement the optimization approach, a complex of formalized models for making optimization decisions has been formed in the form of multi-alternative optimization and linear programming problems. Algorithmization of the optimal distribution of resource provision over the development period allows integrating the most significant components into the digital management environment to maintain a given level of performance indicators and provide resource support at certain time intervals for monitoring and decision-making.
