Optimization of resource support of production and economic activity of the enterprise

The article discusses the issues of resource support for the production and economic activities of the enterprise: the types of resources of the enterprise, their relationship, the processes of using resources during the functioning of the organization are investigated. The processes of resource support of the enterprise, the criteria for its optimality are analyzed. The author of the article has proposed a mechanism for optimizing resource support, where the main role is given to the analysis of the external environment, corporate-level strategies, and resource support itself. Based on the analysis, the directions of optimizing the production and business activities of the enterprise are recommended to increase its effectiveness.
