Optimization of social service sphere at the social services markets in small towns

The state of social service sphere at the socialservicesmarket in small towns has been studied. The effectiveness of the towns' social services activities, the rangeand the quality of the services as well as their position atthe market have been estimated. The estimation of themarkets actors interaction has been considered by surveying clients' opinions and interviewing social servicesworkers. The recommendations for improving the func-tioning of social services markets in the social servicesphere of small towns are provided.
