Optimization of personnel training systems using modern digital technologies

This article examines the main personnel training systems already in use today and the possible options for their use in the period of digital influence on all processes within enterprises, including companies in the aviation and space sector, and considers the issue of optimizing personnel training systems using leading modern digital tools and technologies. The relevance of this topic is due to the fact that the optimization of personnel training processes is already one of the necessary tasks of advanced high-tech enterprises, exerting more and more influence on the traditional approaches to employee training that are losing their influence. The authors come to the conclusion that there is a need for greater integration of digital technologies into the system of enterprise personnel training, ensuring the improvement of its efficiency and competitiveness in the labor market. This article focuses on the issues of training efficiency, approaches to motivating employees in training and creating a comfortable mobile educational environment. It also considers a number of problems associated with the introduction of digital technologies in educational activities and suggests possible ways of solving them. The results of the research conducted by the authors provide a number of practical recommendations for the use of optimized tools in employee learning processes within aviation and space enterprises. In the conclusions in this article, the authors summarize the need to integrate optimized training with the mandatory use of digital technologies in educational systems to improve the efficiency of all levels of personnel and their competitiveness in the labor market.
