Optimization of the property of the state treasury

The article discusses the main ways to optimize the property of the state treasury. The theoretical and practical problems associated with the transfer of public property to a different level of power, the privatization of the Treasury of the Russian Federation and disposing of movable and immovable property. The conclusion about the need for further improving the regulatory framework and mechanisms for the implementation of measures to optimize the structure of property of the state treasury.
