Synthesis of TKS by criterion of a maximum of profitability of providing telecommunication services of provider

The article presents the mathematical statement of a problem of TKS structure synthesis according to profitability maximum. The problem of optimum placement of content and cache servers has been solved for localization of internal traffic and reduction of expenses on purchase of provider ’s external traffic. The modeling and solution of objectives is done by means of methods of the theory of graphs and hyper networks. The proposed algorithm can be used by operators and providers for effective use of network resources.
