Optimization of management solutions and uncertainty ratio information - time

From the standpoint of a systematic approach, the problem of the choice of management decisions in conditions of incomplete certainty is considered. Within the framework of the general problem of decision-making, the ratio of inhomogeneously related parameters characterizing the degree of uncertainty of the decision-making situation and the duration of the time period spent on synthesizing a model of this situation in relation to the choice of the optimal management decision is analyzed. By analogy with the uncertainty relation energy - time of quantum mechanics, the uncertainty relation information - time is formulated, reflecting the specifics of the general problem of decision-making under conditions of uncertainty.
