Optimization of legislation on preventive measures

According to the Code of Criminal procedure of Russia of each measure has its own set of restrictions. The simultaneous election of several preventive measures are not allowed. It is not expected to hold the suspect, the accused individual commitments which can provide the judgment and sentence. The author proposes a model of forced procedural effects on persecuted persons, which includes basic constraints, additional restrictions and obligations, as well as ways to ensure their implementation.
