An optoelectronic technique and technology for obtaining a stabilized electric field by means of external, natural renewable sources of various actions has been developed. The proposed device operates on the basis of the AFN-effect in which the heat of the human body transforms the electric field. It is shown that, by means of an electric field, it is possible to develop individually, autonomous operating microminiature optoelectronic devices for various purposes.
