In peripheral blood of patients with cancer ovary at the III-IV stage of a disease evaluated subpopulation composition, spontaneous and induced apoptosis lymphocytes, phagocytic activity, cytotoxicity and the receptor status of neutrophils of peripheral blood, level pro-inflammatory cytokines. Essential change of the immune status at suffering from cancer ovary at the III-IV stages of a disease is set. In case of increase of total quantity of neutrophils of peripheral blood their ability to completedof phagocytosis decreases. Against lowering of total quantity of lymphocytes, lowering of the relative quantity of T-lymphocytes (CD3+) and their subpopulation (CD4+) increase of level of an expression on lymphocytes activation markers (CD25+, CD71+, CD95+) and HLA-DR+ takes place. Hypersensibility of lymphocytes of suffering from cancer ovary to apoptosis is also set. The significant increase in serum of blood of the IL-1β, IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α and IFN-γ level is shown. Data retrieveds characterize antumor-associating secondary immunodeficiency in case of widespread forms of a cancer ovary.
