The experience of the European Union in reducing the time of industrial construction procedures (the case of France)

The modern industrial policy of Russia is aimed at import substitution, revival and developmentof its own industrial production. In these conditions, the reduction of the duration of licensing and supervisoryprocedures in industrial construction becomes the most relevant factor. The article is devoted to the analysisof best foreign practices ofpassing industrial construction procedures on the example of France.
