An experience and evolution of implantation aortic valve by using an implant "On-X" inplanted in aortic position by п-spaped seam

The article reveals features of artificial aortic valve “ON-X” impantation in supraannular position. An increase of universality of implantation is one of the key vectors of improvement of artificial aortic valves. A research of patients with a large aorta width is one of the most important objects of research basically because of these cases are one of the most problematic. A basement of the research is a FSBI "3 Central Vishnevsky Military Hospital of the Defence of the Russian Federation stuff’s clinical experience. The content’s relevance is provided by a necessity of an expansion of implantation’s universality.
