Experience and prospects of the formation of the digital economy in the Khanty-Mansiysk autonomous okrug-Yugra

This article describes the experience of the formation of the digital economy in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Yugra, which is ranked the highest in the ratings of the development of the information society for a numbers of years. Prospects of this area development in Yugra are associated with the active attraction of business organizations and development of public-private partnership. Authors of this article make suggestions for centralizing management in the digital economy and creating mechanisms for recording and implementation civil initiatives.
