Experience and prospects of using cryptuals as a legal monetary

The article is devoted to the issue of legislative regulation of crypto-currencies in the Russian Federation, which is becoming increasingly important, especially in the context of signing Decree No. 8 «On the development of the digital economy» in the Republic of Belarus. Of particular importance is the introduction of crypto-currency, taking into account the forthcoming conjugation of the EAEU and the Silk Road. Thus, it is necessary to develop a unified policy on the currency regulation of virtual money in Russia and in EAEU, as well as take into account the experience of developed countries in the creation of national crypto-currencies.
