Experience and prospects of small businesses development in the agrarian and industrial complex of Ingushetia

In the article the typology of country (farmer) farms and rural territories of the Republic of Ingushetia developed by the author is presented; the climatic and economic conditions, both favorable, and constraining the development of the agriculture in the regions of the North Caucasian federal district are analyzed. The author comes to a conclusion that in general in the Republic of Ingushetia the conditions for farming according to the main indicators are below not only the average level of Russia, but also the North Caucasian federal district. The carried out analysis of classification of territories by the offered system showed that the republic has the worst natural and economic potential by the main criteria of production of agricultural products. As a perspective instrument of the promotion of small business in the agrarian and industrial complex of the Republic of Ingushetia the author suggest creating the Land bank. Besides, the solution of the problem of employment of country people can be promoted by the development of traditional national art crafts.
