Experience of Islamic government in Iran (1990's - the beginning of XXI century)

The article is devoted to the 32-year experience of Islamic government in Iran. The author analyzes the processes of regime evolution and “washing out” the Islamic component which have begun in the middle of 1990s. These processes reflected during the presidency of M. Khatami who had a strong aspiration to create the civil society and “Dialogue of Civilizations” in Islamic Republic Iran.
