The results of surgical treatment of 186 patients after direct myocardial revascularization the operations of OPCAB. Studied the experience of intraluminal shunts in this type of operations depending on the state of the coronary bed and the initial hemodynamics. Analyze data on the most physiological means of exposure and fixation of the heart in the operations of OPCAB.
