The article presents the research results of 205 patients, who were operated (CABG) using different methods of artificial circulation and on beating heart (Off pump) at the department of cardiac surgery at Regional clinical hospital in Tver region. The operation was performed on a beating heart, using extracorporeal circulation and using MECC perfusion (minimized extracorporeal circuit). The results showed that cognitive functions have different dynamics after surgery, depending on the type of artificial blood circulation.
