Experience of expert estimation of the conditional probabilities of a rare events during developing automated system for forecasting and prevention of aviation accidents

This article describes the procedure of the polling and the method of expert estimation of conditional probabilities, which are the parameters of the tree of intermediate events in the development of aviation event / incident. It also was analyzed the problems faced by developers of automated system of forecasting and prevention of aviation accidents (ASPPAA) when using this methodology.
