The experience of electronization and the prospects for digitalization of the regional public procurement system in the Rostov region

The achieved level of digitalization of the Russian economy ensured its functioning in a pandemic. Purpose of the article: to identify the results of the completion of the electronicization of public procurement and the prospects for their digitalization by assessing the effects of the completion of the electronicization of public procurement and the prospects for their digitalization by evaluating the effects of the electronicization of small-volume purchases at the regional level using benchmarking methods, statistical data analysis, forecasting. The conclusion about the effectiveness of scaling the experience of the Rostov region on the electronization of small-volume purchases is substantiated in order to optimize them as purchases from a single supplier.
