Experience of empirical and sociological researches of employment and incomes in northern rural settlements

The method of estimation of employment and incomes in local systems (settlements) of the northern region is described. Its information basis consists of the data collected during field researches and sociological interrogations. Development and use of the method has allowed to receive authentic estimations of structure of employment and incomes both in formal economy and alternative sphere.
