At a time when a new strategic course of development of the country is being developed, the "fifth generation" of Chinese leaders put forward a new concept - the concept of building a "harmonious society", represented by the idea of social harmony (heseshehui). Important sources of the concept of "harmonious society" are represented by the idea of social harmony, which for the modern PRC appears as a national idea that allows the CPC to hope for the cohesion of society and the harmonization of interests and values. In the framework of the next Congress, it was noted that it is also important to correlate the ancient traditional principle of "harmony" with modern political and social realities. In today's reality, China's "harmonization" is a full reflection of the CPC policy aimed at China's development, and which has a close connection with the trends of the modern world, the model of coordinated and sustainable external peaceful development and internal stability, and unity. The fifth generation continued to use the means of ideological influence on society in the system of public administration. Political innovation of the fifth generation is an attempt to create a new style of party and state management. The government seeks to assert in the mass consciousness of the Chinese public the quality of non-corruption of the ruling regime. The purpose of such political innovations is focused on the moral rebirth of the ruling Communist party.
