Practices of treatment of complicated panaritium in the regional hospital

The practices of management of 225 patients with the complicated forms of panaritium is presented. The men of capable age are prevailed. At 39,6% of patients the reason of formation of the complicated form were the mistakes admitted at various stages of medical care. Operative treatments consist of rational debridement. At 32,9% of patients repeated operative interventions are executed.
