Experience in income taxation of individuals in the USA for the purposes of tax reform in the Russian Federation

The importance of reforming the domestic tax system in the conditions of the coronacrisis situation has been determined. The issues of the formation of the tax base, rates, calculation and payment, tax administration of personal income tax in the United States are investigated. Opportunities to use the U.S. experience for the development of income taxation in Russia have been revealed.
