Research studies the problems of treating animals with traumatic damage to the skeleton bones. Analyzed materials and methods used as bone tissue implants stimulating the formation of bone regenerate and aimed at ossification. Long process of healing tubular bones fractures, is the main prerequisite for the search and development of treatment methods and stimulation of bone tissue formation process. Currently, methods of directed stimulation of reparative regeneration of the bone matrix are used to prevent complications, minimize the recovery period, and create a favorable environment for bone tissue regeneration by using calcium phosphate, calcium silicate, and their combinations. The slow recovery of post-traumatic bone defects requires additional stimulation of reparative ossification, as there are cases where the lost bone tissue does not regenerate. Natural and synthetic autografts and allografts are used for bone tissue reconstruction, which must meet a wide range of requirements, including biocompatibility and the need to stimulate bone tissue induction, conduction, and regeneration. Hydroxyapatite, an osteosynthetic material, is used as a reconstructive bone graft that stimulates reparative processes. An inorganic analogue of the mineral bone matrix, hydroxyapatite vollastant, increases bone mineralization and the rate of osteointegration after integration into the bone tissue structure. Bibliographic resources analysis has revealed a description of isolated cases when using hydroxyapatite vollastant to stimulate the reparative regeneration of animal bone tissue, which leads to the conclusion about the prospects of using composites containing calcium silicates and phosphates and the need to study the mechanism of bone-plastic materials action.
