The article examines the features of the tariff-free system of remuneration for labor on the example of the construction company LLC "Vostok". The definitions of the main terms related to this topic of the article are given. In the course of the work, some advantages of this system identified in the field of motivation and ease of calculating employees ' salaries, respectively, the effectiveness of this system for certain types of labor activity.
