Experience of legal discourse analysis application to some major regulations of the Constitution of the Russian Federation

The article’s purpose is to demonstrate the pattern of application of the legal discourse analysis to the major law of the Russian Federation according to the main regulations of the legal discourse theory. Basing upon the research the author formulates conclusions and guidelines aimed at the advancement of the regulations of the effective legislation of the Russian Federation.
