In the article the literary data on use of preparation «Baliz» in clinical practice are resulted. In the work the basic pharmacological properties of preparation have been revealed, its antibacterial, anti-inflammatory activity, antioxidant and wound healing properties have been proved. It is shown, that «Baliz» practically doesnot have by-effects and reactions.
