The article presents the results of using endoscopic transluminal pancreatic necrosectomy in patients with diagnosed infected necrotizing pan-creatitis. Moreover, clarification of the endoscopic transluminal pancreatic necrosectomy’s use and its technique has been described. There have been made conclusions about the value of this minimally invasive method.
