Experience of psychological counseling in case of a nearest person's death

The objective of report is to draw attention of psychiatrists to the problem of depression occurring toward death of the nearest one. In this association there are difficulties in treatment of such patients without taking into account the natural (existential) process of loss experience. For this purpose it is very important to include into the process of the treatment psychotherapists and relatives of patients. Of importance is combination of biological and existential-psychotherapeutic approaches to rehabilitation of patients with depressions occurring in result of loss of the nearest one.
