Experiences of industrial tourism developing in Russian regions (an example of the Lipetsk region)

This paper examines regional experiences implementing industrial tourism practices in the Lipetsk Region. As a priority area of modern economic development for many regions of our country, tourism attracts the attention of specialists in various fields. The authors analyze the opportunities and prospects for developing regional industrial tourism, primarily in terms of its career guidance potential. From a comprehensive approach, industrial tourism is viewed as a factor in increasing the region's investment attractiveness, taking into account the specific activities of local enterprises. From this macro perspective, tourism in general, and industrial tourism in particular, are of interest to regional authorities. Important models of interaction here include the "enterprise-regional authorities" system within the framework of management regulation and the "enterprise-educational institution"system within the framework of the career guidance function of industrial tourism. By becoming familiar with the specifics of enterprise operations, students broaden their understanding of employment prospects and career development opportunities within the region.
