The experience of the Russian Federation and China in the development of the digital economy

The article discusses the experience of introducing digital technologies using the example of China and the Russian Federation, by revealing national projects, approaches and features of the formation of the digital economy. A national project has been presented: a single portal of state and municipal services - gosuslugi.ru. as the first innovation in the field of digital technology.
