Experience of Switzerland and France in forming of economic bases of local self-government and the possibility of its application in Russia

Аbstrаct. In article features of foreign experience of forming of financial and economic bases of local self-government are considered. The system of functioning of local self-government of France and Switzerland is analysed. The possibility of borrowing of their institutional elements is revealed and feasibility of adaptation of the researched systems in our state is proved.
