Experience in creating an integrated digital model of a public food stores chain with HiveUP Objects

The article describes the experience of forming a complex digital model of a food retail network using the tools available in the HiveUP Objects web application. The chosen order of structuring the model is reflected, integrated structures are described, attention is paid to the significant features of modeling individual structures, in particular business processes. As examples, some financial, personnel, and organizational indicators, as well as principles of their integration into the objects of the model that describe business processes are described. Comparison data, which make it possible to evaluate the effectiveness of using the selected type of business process modeling when creating a new retail facility in comparison with standard tools for decomposing complex business problems that require the analysis and accountability of a large number (several tens or hundreds) of factors, are also presented. The article describes and justifies the use of several object modeling tools and pays attention to the methodology used to create a model in the web application used.
