The experience of special economic zones foundation in china. Key factors of success

Special economic zones are one of the tools of strategic problems ’ solution of the state development in various fields of activity. They can become a driver of innovation and economy development of a region and a whole country. Foundation of the special economic zones is rather difficult, but it can become an effective instrument at the high level of government support. In spite of the fact that system development of special economic zones continues within several years in Russia, it is worth using positive experience of other countries, first of all, of the closest neighbours. China has wealth of experience on creation of the special economic zones. The authors have analyzed China’s experience on creation of special economic zones, identified key factors for success of special economic zones.
