The experience of creating cross-border Euroregions in the countries of the European Union

The work is devoted to the study and analysis of methods and approaches, in foreign countries, to the problems of development of border regions, whose role as an integration zone is increasing in the era of globalization. The relevance of this issue is directly related to the fact that the effectiveness of the country consists of the management of individual regions, including border, depressed, which are part of it. The purpose of this work is to study the systems and methods of regional management, including with border regions on the example of the creation of border euroregions in the countries of the European Union. The tasks of studying the experience of these countries were solved, taking into account the methods suitable for this situation to improve the quality of management, regulation and adaptation to our country. The object of the study is the methods and methods of management of border regions in foreign countries on the example of the creation of border euroregions in the countries of the European Union. The conclusion is made: The experience of creating cross-border Euroregions in the countries of the European Union shows that the reasonable use of the advantages of the border position gives a powerful impetus to the development of even the most disadvantaged border areas. Such experience in managing border regions could well be adapted to the border regions of southern Siberia of Russia, taking into account the peculiarities of each of them, in particular the Republic of Tyva, even in modern conditions.
