Experience creation and application social-industrial policy in JSC «Tulamashzavod»

Hero of Socialist Labor, laureate of State Prizes of the USSR and the Russian Federation Usov Valim Sergeevich worked at the Tula Machine Plant from the beginning as a chief engineer. Then he was appointed director of the Tula Scientific Research Institute of Technology. He was transferred to the Tula Machine Plant first to the position of director of the Tula Machine-building Plant, and then he became the General Director of JSC "AK Tulamashzavod". The article presents its organizational and technical solutions in the field of social industrial policy, which allowed the company to become one of the largest scientific and production centers of mechanical engineering in the Russian Federation.
