In article approach to large settlement urban territories zoning on risk level of possible violation of population health as a result of environmental technogenic noise, based on interface of settlement and tool data on the level of acoustic exposition is offered and approved. It is established that the offered method of spatial quantitative assessment of noise levels increases the accuracy of assessment of acoustic exposition that is confirmed by change of coefficients of compliance from 0,88-1,35 (before interface procedure) to 0,96-1,17 (after interface procedure), i.e. convergence of natural and received as a result of interface settlement and tool data considerably grew. The territory is divided into 4 zones taking into account levels of exposition and formed risk to the population health. For each allocated zone the program of organizational, technological and sanitary and epidemiologic actions is offered.
