The organic structure of production as a polyform has been used primarily in measuring optimization solutions in material production. In industries where knowledge intensity, formed from fundamental research to experimental development, was defined as the core of innovation, competitiveness, and quality. Moreover, the core of innovation cycles predetermined and was predetermined by the organizational mechanisms for managing the competence components of the intellectualization of labor. The multicomponent nature of innovation in the healthcare industry, its organizational components with the complication of connections and their logistics, predetermined the processes of formation, growth, development and removal of uncertainty. In this trend, the importance of measurable: deterministic, stochastic components and their managerial implementation in the “organic structure of production” of healthcare has received a certain managerial application. At the same time, implementation in the commercially oriented classification of industries, works, and products of medical activities is not sufficiently represented. Many high-tech processes using radiation, laser methods of diagnosis, treatment, as well as information and logistics technologies: consulting, distribution and actual inclusion in remote formats for the provision of medical and social care, find application and effectiveness precisely in the management of quantitative and qualitative assessments (measurements) of integrated indicator “Organic structure of production”. The organic structure of capital, as a polyform in the model of uncertainty and risks of non-receipt of services, work at full public costs, the industry specifics of providing medical and social assistance to persons receiving home care, acquires economic and social relevance due to many modern factors of increasing socio-economic sustainability, positive socio-demographic dynamics of Russia and other challenges.
