Organization of the housing and communal services’ activities

In the modern Russia an issue of the housing and communal economy is one of the most urgent, solution of which determines level of the population’s wellbeing. The author analyzes activities of the main housing and communal bodies, suggesting modes of the business improvement. A particular attention is paid to the optimal ways of the apartment building management under the applicable legislation.
