Organization of active therapeutic environment in a day hospital

To optimize rehabilitation of schizophrenics in the day hospital, the active therapeutic environment has been created, which was an additional form of intervention, and to carry out in the most favorable conditions the whole complex of psychosocial interventions. The comparative analysis of the results shows better scores in patients who received treatment in the conditions of active therapeutic environment, in comparison with controls that received only biological therapy.
