Actuarial valuation in Canadian public pension systems: experience for Russia

The article describes the institutional framework, legal regulation and information support of actuarial valuation in Canadian public pension systems. It is proposed to use in the Russian practice foreign experience of mandatory actuarial evaluation of public pension systems and actuarial grounds for changing the parameters of such systems.
