Organization of accounting and control of inventories

Inventories are an integral part of the activities of each enterprise. Therefore, in Russia there is an active transformation of accounting, which is aimed at the greatest identity following accounting and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The paper shows the theoretical aspects of accounting for material assets, and also analyzes the need to build a standardized accounting for operations with inventories.
