Organization of the activities of the prosecutor's office in the constitutional system of modern Russia

This work is devoted to the study of the history of the formation and development of the prosecutor's office. The subject of the research is the very activity of the prosecutor's office within the constitutional system of the Russian Federation in our time. The purpose of the study is to fully analyze and study all aspects of the functioning of the prosecutor's office in the constitutional system at the moment. Methods of system analysis, dialectical, historical and formal-logical methods were used in the work. In addition, special legal methods of cognition were used: formal legal, historical legal, comparative legal. This paper presents the conclusions that were made as a result of studying the negative and positive aspects of the activities of the prosecutor's office in the constitutional system of the Russian Federation. The problems of the functioning of the prosecutor's office and the difficulties in this system are also considered.
