Organization of activities of employees of institutions of internal affairs

The article deals with the organization of law enforcement officers with regard to the introduction in the official activities of the individual elements of the scientific organization. Particular attention is paid to the rational use of human resources in the performance of the general police functions, including: the functionalization of the labor process, the problems of rationing of work of employees, technical support activities of territorial bodies. The author draws attention to a fairly wide range of topics, quality and timely solution that significantly improves the efficiency of the employees and contributes to the preservation of their official capacities.
