Organization of youth leisure on the basis of higher educational institutions (on the example of NIU "BelGU")

This paper addresses the problem of organizing leisure activities for young people on the basis of higher educational institutions. The theoretical justification for this problem is given. The experience of problem solving in the National Belgorod State Research University and other higher educational institutions of Russia is presented. The analysis of legislation in the field of youth leisure on the basis of higher educational institutions has been carried out.
