Organization and types of customs control over the import of counterfeit goods in the customs authorities of the Russian Federation

Changes in the counterfeit situation due to the legalization of parallel imports, as well as statistical data on detected violations, are analyzed. Methods for detecting counterfeit goods, including modern technologies and cooperation with rights holders, are described. Key issues in combating counterfeiting, such as insufficient automation and staff qualification, are highlighted. Measures are proposed to strengthen control, develop international cooperation, and improve online trade monitoring.
