At present, the number of children with disabilities (hereinafter referred to as children with disabilities) and children with disabilities who need education in accordance with their special educational needs is growing in Russia. In social policy, there is a normative consolidation and implementation of the idea of inclusive education, the creation of such educational conditions so that any child with developmental and health problems can learn with ordinary children.
