Organizing inter-agency cooperation in the management of energy efficiency of regional programs and projects

Important issues of managing energy saving processes and increasing energy efficiency at the regional level are considered. An analysis of the practice of implementing the relevant regional programs showed that their executors - organizations of various departments - act inconsistently, there is no coordination in work, a mechanism for coordinating actions, and organizing interagency cooperation. It is emphasized that the regions of the Russian Federation are faced with the problem of the practical development and implementation of relevant priority projects for socio-economic development and the provision of their energy resources.
