Organization of multimodal transportation service: interaction of FEA participants, documentation requirements

The article discusses interaction of FEA participants in the organization of a multimodal transport service. Is presented the legal basis of relations between foreign trade participants. Are presented the advantages of cargo delivery for shipper and consignee under Multimodal Transport Agreement. Particular attention is paid to documents that used in the multimodal transport organization, the main which are: FIATA Multimodal Transport Bill of Loading, FIATA Waybill, FIATA Forwarding Instructions and Forwarders Certificate of Receipt, Forwarders Certificate of Transport and etc.
